Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Level 3 Trauma Center setting.
• Manage a variety of complex cases, including orthopedic/joint replacement post-operative patients, neurosurgical, neurological, cardiovascular, vestibular, and general surgery patients.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support coverage for shifts Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility for alternative schedules including four 10-hour shifts.
• Assist with weekend shift coverage as needed, ensuring continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

• Ohio state licensure and registry (must be active, cannot be in process).
• Minimum of 2 years' acute care experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic, postoperative, neurological, or cardiovascular inpatient care is a plus.
• Ability to work daytime hours on an inpatient unit.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level 3 Trauma Center or similar acute care setting.
• Knowledge of orthopedic/joint replacement post-operative protocols.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.
