• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care in a clinical setting
• Support the implementation of treatment plans and exercises
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant (as applicable)
• Proven experience providing physical therapy assistance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation procedures
