Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and ultrasound procedures in a teaching hospital setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 patients per 8-hour shift.
• Provide high-quality imaging results to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation using the Epic system.
• Adhere to facility and safety protocols, including radiation badge requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and float to sister facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent echocardiography/ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS RVT/RDCS (AE) or CCI RCS/RVS certification, and BLS certification.
• Radiation badge required.
• South Carolina RN license or pending license with proof of application.
• Valid driver’s license within a 60-mile radius of Charleston.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a teaching hospital or similar setting.
• Knowledge of Epic charting system.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and on-call rotations.
