Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry units.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including managing cardiac rhythms and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Float within scope to support other units as needed within the facility.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain compliance with all clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina nursing license (or pending license accepted).
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required.
• Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of RN experience, with evaluations case-by-case for 1-year nurses.
• Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled, including 2 on-call shifts or 2 additional shifts every 6 weeks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm monitoring and moderate sedation is a plus.
• Ability to float across different units within the facility.
