Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, day shifts (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients during assigned shifts
• Monitor patient health status and respond to emergencies following established protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and assessments as per care plans
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience in a permanent role prior to travel assignment
• Valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications; NIH certification or equivalent prior to start
• Epic electronic medical record system experience
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent manager, supervisor, or clinical director references from the past 12 months
• Experience working with ICU patients in a hospital setting
• Flexibility to work at least every other holiday during the assignment
