Job Title
• Surgical Technologist / LVN/LPN

• Santa Fe, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, travel position
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and care for pre-operative patients, ensuring adherence to sterile and aseptic techniques.
• Assist in setting up the Operating Room, including instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to the case.
• Transport patients to and from the OR suite, position them appropriately for surgery, and provide comfort and privacy support.
• Maintain a sterile environment, monitor surgical field, and pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team.
• Assist with handling biological specimens and ensure proper documentation and care.
• Support the surgical team during various procedures, including transplants, open heart, urology, neurology, robotics, and others.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Surgical Technology program or a recognized LVN/LPN program.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or LVN/LPN license.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Proficiency in scrubbing multiple specialty areas such as Transplant, Cardiothoracic, Urology, Neurosurgery, Robotics, etc.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and OR protocols.

Additional Information
