Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Follow all facility policies and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of South Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with elderly or long-term care residents
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in LTC/SNF settings

Additional Details

• Shift: 3x12-hour days, with rotation between day and night shifts based on facility requests
• Length: 13 weeks, with potential extension
• Guaranteed hours: 36 (or 48, if applicable)
• Facility can provide housing if available
• The assignment will start approximately two weeks from offer date or ASAP, pending candidate compliance
• The facility will conduct its own background and drug screen, which takes approximately 7-10 business days; candidates cannot start until results are received
