Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
