Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 10-hour shifts, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

• Performs adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, dobutamine stress tests, and assists with transesophageal echocardiography according to established protocols.
• Provides preliminary diagnostic evaluations and communicates results to cardiologists.
• Consults with cardiologists to determine examination requirements and adjusts technical factors accordingly.
• Participates in call rotation, including holidays, with a minimum of 10 days per month.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of imaging procedures in alignment with departmental standards.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or registered credential in Echocardiography or Sonography (RDCS, RDMS, or equivalent).
• Experience performing adult echocardiography procedures.
• Knowledge of echocardiography equipment and imaging techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility to participate in after-hours call rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with transesophageal echocardiography.
• Familiarity with stress testing procedures, including dobutamine stress echocardiograms.
• Strong technical knowledge of ultrasound equipment and protocols.
