Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Document therapy sessions and progress notes accurately
- Support clients in achieving their functional goals
- Maintain adherence to regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Current_state-specific license or certification in occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and assistive devices
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
