Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately in records
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly or orthopedic patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
