Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their independence and quality of life
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Assess clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and functional activities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document treatment progress and modify plans as necessary
• Educate clients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptations

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy licensure or certification
• Proven experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and standards
