Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Stepdown units.
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and coordinate treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and critical situations in the IMC and PCU settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit.
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
- Valid RN license for the state of Georgia.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with critically ill or post-surgical patients.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
