- Part-time, Contract, 4-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and PRN assignments.
