• Full-time, Day shifts, Outpatient Urology Clinic

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in a urology clinic setting
• Perform repeated daily catheterizations for both male and female patients, including supra pubic catheter changes
• Assist with diagnoses and treatments related to urological conditions such as prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers, incontinence, BPH, erectile dysfunction, renal calculi, urinary retention, male UTIs, circumcisions, and undescended testicles
• Maintain accurate charting in EPIC and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care and safety

Required Qualifications
• Oregon RN license (in hand or pending upon submittal)
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
• Highly skilled in catheterization procedures and urology-related patient care
• Comfortable with repeated daily catheterizations of male and female patients, including supra pubic catheter changes
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and EPIC charting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Oncology certification (ONC) preferred but not required
• Prior experience in urology clinics or specialties highly desirable
• Ability to float within hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed

• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
• Schedule includes 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• Modules are non-billable and require completion prior to start
• Travel and float requirements may apply; refusal to float may impact employment duration
