• Day shifts, 40 hours per week, 13 to 26-week duration, contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting
• Manage a patient load of approximately 55-63 patients per week
• Work a flexible schedule, including four 10-hour shifts and two evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Document patient progress using Raintree Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Participate in pre-assignment modules, reimbursed in a lump sum

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient therapy experience or 1 year in other settings as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR system is a plus
• Availability to work evenings until 7:30 PM
• Flexibility to work a 4x10 schedule, including some evening shifts
