Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 32 hours per week, 4x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services in various settings, including swing bed, observation, and extended recovery.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Perform therapies in accordance with licensed protocols and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Support patient education and engagement during therapy sessions.
• Float to other units as needed, including answering phones, working in surgery areas, and assisting with patient transfers.

Required Qualifications

• Current Missouri licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• BLS and CPR certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related setting.
• Valid state license at time of submission (Missouri or Compact license).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient and inpatient therapy environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to cover weekends and participate in on-call rotation.
• Experience with hospital-based therapy and patient mobilization.
