Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, Nights (12-hour shifts), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive direct and indirect patient care for individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient clinical status to physicians and healthcare staff.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure safe patient transitions.
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols, including crisis prevention and intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Valid Idaho RN license or multi-state RN license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- CPI certification (attach to submission packet).
- Must utilize the specified submission template; submissions without it will be rejected.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in community hospital settings.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong crisis management skills and ability to work independently on night shift.
