Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel / 13-week assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Department for a diverse patient population.
• Coordinate and implement patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating clinical proficiency and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure safe, quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and infection control policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state.
• BLS certification from the AHA.
• ACLS certification from the AHA.
• PALS certification from the AHA or ENPC.
• TNCC or ATCN certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and clinical judgment suitable for emergency care.
