Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) for open heart and vascular procedures.
• Assist during surgeries by preparing the operating room and ensuring patient safety throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and physicians to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all protocols and standards related to CVOR and vascular surgeries.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with specific experience in CVOR and vascular surgeries.
• Knowledge and experience with open heart procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or as required by facility).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assist) certification.
• Experience in a hospital with advanced cardiac care services.
