• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any adverse reactions during procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Document patient care and procedural details accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, including timely module completion and nicotine-free requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years preferred.
• Current RN license valid in Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current at the time of submittal.
• Ability to pass required EKG and pharmacy tests during orientation (two attempts allowed, no remediation).
• Negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine (cotinine), within the past 12 months.
• Complete all required modules prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab setting.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to float within scope to multiple hospitals in the area.

• Facility is a short-term acute care hospital with 521 beds, located in Stuart, FL.
• No local rate differential applies; locals accepted at the same rate.
• Must submit all required documentation by Monday prior to start date for compliance.
