Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under supervision
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Support patient rehabilitation activities and exercises
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of New Jersey
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience assisting in outpatient or hospital settings
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and therapeutic exercises
