Job Title
• Medical Laboratory Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Contract (13 weeks)
• Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis on blood, urine, and other clinical samples using specialized equipment such as Cobas, Sysmex, Stago, and others
• Conduct blood bank procedures and work with microbiology, urinalysis, and limited microbiology testing
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality control standards are met
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to provide reliable and timely laboratory results

Required Qualifications
• Valid current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
• Minimum 13 weeks of laboratory experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment including Cobas, Sysmex, Stago, and blood bank procedures
• Strong team player with good communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with blood bank and microbiology testing
• Familiarity with laboratory automation and specialty testing techniques
• Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple tasks
