- Full-time, Day shifts (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a home health setting.
- Follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance policies, including mandatory tests and documentation deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina PTA license (must be obtained prior to start) or pending license accepted.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of PTA experience preferred; excellent candidates with less experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Recent EPIC electronic health record experience preferred.
- Must pass cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation tests on first day of orientation.
- BLS certification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Home health therapy experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of EPIC systems is a plus.
- Previous travel or temporary experience in healthcare settings.

Additional Notes
- All required compliance documents must be submitted five business days prior to start date.
- Recent EPIC experience is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates with pending licenses will be considered.
- All travel must stay within a 75-mile radius of Spartanburg, SC.
- Candidates must be able to begin within 24 hours of signing.
- RTO (requests for time off) must be included at initial submission; requests made afterward will not be considered.
- Attendance policy is strictly enforced; more than two missed shifts in a 13-week contract may jeopardize the assignment.
