Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy assistant license or certification.
• Ability to work full-time on day shifts.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant therapy equipment and techniques.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a SNF or similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual patient needs.
