Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 5 days per week, 7 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic support and assistance to residents in a structured long-term mental health treatment setting.
- Assist psychiatric professionals with daily resident care, including group and individual therapy sessions.
- Monitor residents’ progress and ensure a safe, supportive environment conducive to recovery.
- Support residents' stabilization and preparation for community reintegration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in mental health or related setting
- Ability to work night shifts and handle the physical and emotional demands of the role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term residential mental health facilities
- Knowledge of psychiatric treatments and therapies
