Summary
iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Speech-Language Pathologist for our client, a leading School. This is a 2-year Contract role, working in Jacksonville, Florida, offering a pay rate of $50–$52/hr.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide high-quality speech therapy to students one-on-one or in small groups across multiple grade levels.

Collaborate closely with Learning Specialists and the school-based team to support student success.

Implement specialized curriculum and assess student progress to guide clinical interventions.

Foster a positive learning environment and build strong, professional relationships with families.

Participate in school-based team meetings and perform other related duties to support the campus mission.

Maintain accurate documentation and student records in accordance with school and state standards.
What We're Looking For

Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Licensure: Active Florida (FL) SLP License.

Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered.

Experience: At least one year of school-based or student-facing experience with a proven track record of achievement.
