Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and personal care
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Nursing license in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts with 12.5-hour schedules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
