• Full-time, Onsite, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Support daily clinical operations and patient care activities
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately
• Educate patients and their families on therapy routines and progress

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of New Jersey
• Prior experience assisting with physical therapy treatments preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and therapy equipment
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a outpatient or clinical setting
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems
