Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in labor, antepartum, postpartum, and gynecology surgical settings.
• Monitor fetal well-being and support active labor patients per established guidelines.
• Assist with C-sections and other surgical procedures in the OR suites.
• Support triage assessments and initial patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and clinical standards, including fetal monitoring and emergency protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
• Fetal monitoring competency (renewed every 2 years).
• Experience with labor and delivery, postpartum, or GYN surgical patients.
• Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a high-volume OB/GYN or maternity setting.
• Ability to manage varied patient census and emergent situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
