Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Help facilitate therapeutic activities and ensure patient comfort during sessions.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment adhering to facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current state licensure or registration as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and patient care procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with documentation software and electronic health records.
