Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Support patients' functional independence and improve their quality of life
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapist license in the state of California
- Properly licensed or eligible to be licensed by pertinent state health authorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant clinical experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and equipment
