Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in providing treatment to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Implement therapy plans and document patient progress accurately.
- Utilize knowledge of rehabilitation software, preferably NetHealth or Rehab Optima.
- Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active California Physical Therapy Assistant license.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation software such as NetHealth or Rehab Optima (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with SNF settings and rehab software.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and protocols.
