Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care throughout the perioperative period
• Perform scrub and circulator roles as required during surgical procedures
• Provide care in the recovery room as needed
• Communicate effectively with all members of the perioperative team
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all patient and organizational matters
• Uphold and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must be able to scrub — scrubbing experience is required
• Ability to circulate and work in the recovery room as needed
• Strong communication skills within a perioperative team setting
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Prior experience in a perioperative or surgical services environment
