Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation as required, including external documentation with ATI if applicable.
• Willingness to start on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
