• Night shifts, 8-hour shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 trauma center.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards, including credentialing requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff training.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 4 years of diverse adult and pediatric emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required; TNCC and ENPC are preferred.
• Proven track record in a large facility and trauma setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced emergency setting.
