Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50–55 visits per week
• Perform gross motor assessments and contribute to ongoing case management
• Provide treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, joint replacement, spine pathologies, and soft tissue injuries
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using NextGen EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of orthopedic outpatient experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience treating adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of orthopedic outpatient experience
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR documentation system
• Experience treating conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniation, and other common orthopedic diagnoses
