Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Perform and interpret diagnostics including Cheyne-Stokes, periodic breathing, end-tidal CO2, and O2 saturation monitoring
- Conduct mask fitting procedures as required
- Float between like units as needed to support staffing demands
- Complete required compliance modules prior to start and on an annual basis
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with Cheyne-Stokes, periodic breathing, end-tidal CO2, and O2 saturation monitoring
- Mask fitting competency required
- Charting experience with EPIC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Draeger ventilator systems
- Experience with Bellavista ventilator systems
