Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8 Hours | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | No weekends | No on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient radiation oncology clinic setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the course of radiation treatment
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with oncology protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
- Minimum 2–3 years of registered nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to wear and comply with radiation badge requirements (badge must be provided by agency)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology nursing experience
- Outpatient clinic nursing experience
- Chemotherapy certification or equivalent oncology-related certification
