Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient recovery and functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in North Carolina or compact eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to begin assignment on or around April 13, 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
