Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
• Manage a resident assignment within an established nurse-to-resident ratio in a 128-bed facility
• Utilize the Point of Care (PCC) electronic medical records system to document and coordinate care
• Participate in facility-specific orientation pathway as directed by facility staff
• Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation schedules as assigned (every third weekend and every third holiday)

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Willingness to participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency or prior experience with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system
• Experience managing care for residents with diverse and complex diagnoses
