Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts with weekly night call and rotating weekend call | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting serving both pediatric and adult populations
- Assist with left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), congenital, vascular, and electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Maintain a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio within a 4-CV lab unit
- Operate and utilize GE equipment along with Mac Lab and Meditech EMR systems
- Function as a collaborative and productive team member, communicating effectively with multidisciplinary staff
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity cath lab environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience
- Pediatric cath lab experience
- Experience with congenital cardiac procedures
