Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 5x8-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services to patients within a critical access hospital setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across a range of diagnoses, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending Illinois Occupational Therapist license (must have IL license in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross only; RQI cards not accepted)
• Proficiency or willingness to work with Cerner charting system
• Ability to meet facility compliance deadlines including modules, background check, and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient or critical access hospital environment
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
