Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit, including active labor monitoring and management
- Assist with and support procedures including versions, cesarean sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum in accordance with AWHONN guidelines
- Operate unit equipment including Beacon monitoring systems and document care using Meditech/CPN EMR
- Collaborate with charge RNs and interdisciplinary team members across day and night shifts on a 14-LDRP, 2-OR unit
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- EFM-C certification or AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Postpartum nursing experience highly preferred
