Contract | Days (0730–1600) | After-hours call coverage required on a 3-week rotation (1630–0700, Monday through Monday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiographic studies in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
• Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire diagnostic cardiac images in a pediatric patient population
• Participate in after-hours call coverage on a rotating 3-week schedule, covering 1630 to 0700 Monday through Monday
• Document and manage patient data and imaging records within the EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to support timely and accurate diagnostic outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac sonography experience
• Demonstrated pediatric echocardiography scanning experience is required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Pediatric surgical heart center experience accepted in lieu of pediatric certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric echocardiography certification (e.g., RDCS with Pediatric Echocardiography specialty)
• Prior experience in a dedicated pediatric cardiac or surgical heart center environment
