Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy services to rehabilitation patients in an acute rehab hospital setting
• Manage a patient caseload with standard ratios of 1:5 on weekdays and 1:3 on weekends
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Complete required training modules through the designated online learning portal during orientation and annually
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license – required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation hospital experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of overall physical therapy experience required
• 2 supervisor references required
• Must be a non-tobacco/non-nicotine user; facility conducts nicotine drug screening and a positive result will result in cancellation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus; first-time travelers with 2 or more years of PT experience will be considered
• Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Relias or Net Learning for module completion
