Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services across multiple facility locations throughout the week
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Florida
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to work a rotating schedule across multiple sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior care setting
• Experience functioning as a float or multi-site clinician
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage varied caseloads across locations
