Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the EMR system
- Participate in required call shifts, including 24-hour call shift coverage as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona or compact licensure eligibility
- Current Emergency Room clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts
- Willingness and availability to take call shifts up to 24 hours in duration
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR platform
