Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and sports patient populations.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinical efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Obtain prior approval from the director for any overtime hours worked.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Georgia state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to accept first-time travelers and new grads (though new grads are not preferred).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with orthopedic and sports-related patient populations.
• Previous outpatient therapy experience in a clinic setting.
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics if needed.
