Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Deliver compassionate care to a veteran patient population
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or veterans care setting
- Experience treating geriatric or veteran populations
