Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver compassionate care to a veteran patient population

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or veterans care setting
  • Experience treating geriatric or veteran populations
